PIFQ, Inc. Scholarships

The Pearls and Ivy Foundation of Queens, Inc. (PIFQ, Inc.) invites High School Seniors to apply for our scholarships. Successful candidates must demonstrate academic achievement, exhibit leadership ability and participate in community service activities.  

 

All scholarship applications and materials must be received by

May 31, 2026.

Late or incomplete  applications will not be considered.


All scholarships awarded will be sent directly to the university or college upon verification of enrollment.

There are three scholarship opportunities. The eligibility requirements shown below the award.

CUNY / SUNY Scholarship

One Time - Non Renewable.

*Preference may be given to Queens residency or attending a NYC high school.

 

Is attending a CUNY or SUNY University in the 2026-27 school year.


Minimum of a 3.0 GPA or above.


Actively involved in community service.

PIFQ Presidential Scholarship

One Time - Non Renewable 

*Preference may be given to Queens residency or attending a NYC high school.

 

Is attending a 4-year college or university in the  2026-27 school year.


Has a minimum GPA of 3.5 or above.


Has demonstrated exceptional leadership abilities through volunteering, community engagement, and civic involvement. 

HBCU Scholarship

One Time - Non Renewable

*Preference may be given to Queens residency or attending a NYC high school.

 

Is attending an Historically Black College or University (HBCU) for the 2026-2027 school year.

 

Has a minimum GPA of 3.0 (or above).

 

Actively involved in community service.
